British inventor Perry Watkins, who previously transformed his Queen Anne dining table into a vehicle that speeds at 130 MPH, has now created the Guinness-verified world's smallest street-legal car, a mini auto 41inches high, 51inches long, and 26 inches wide that reaches 37 MPH.
