Katy Perry encourages downtrodden LGBT teens to own the night and sparkle like the fourth of July. "Boom boom boom, even brighter than the moon moon moon!" she bellows. Love it. Sort of a cross between Cyndi Lauper's "True Colors" and Christina Aguilera's "Beautiful," but with a kicky dance beat. Kissing boys, sparkling cancer patients, and a woman giving birth to Roman candles further illustrate her point.
