Wowlebrity and America's Got Talent darling, Prince Poppycock has been chosen to be the Honorary Mayor of the 2010 West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval! HOORAY! THREE CHEERS! This year's carnaval begins Sunday, October 31, 2010 from 6 PM until 11 PM. The city of West Hollywood shuts down Santa Monica Boulevard between La Cienga and Doheny, and everyone dresses up in their Halloween garb. It's a blast! Watch the prince being crowned on the Rocky Horror Picture stage at Santa Monica and San Vicente at 10:25 PM.
