Obama Administration Will Appeal Don't Ask Don't Tell Ruling

Attorneys from the Obama administration's Justice Department have requested a stay of a federal judge's order barring further enforcement of the discriminatory "don't ask, don't tell" policy as well as announcing an appeal of U.S. district judge Virginia A. Phillips's September decision in which she ruled DADT as unconstitutional. (via The Advocate)
