Fergie gets the Michael Schmidt treatment

Of COURSE you watched American Idol this week, and of COURSE you had a fashion aneurism when Fergie hit the stage in that wicked-hot, snake-patterned superhero outfit. It was made by the LEGENDARY Michael Schmidt, an old a longtime friend of everyone here at World of Wonder. Simply put: We worship him. He sent me these pics, with the following note: "Since you're a fan of the not-so-subtle Fashion Moment, I'm passing on a couple shots of Fergie from American Idol the other night. I did this ensemble with 8,500 hand-sewn, crystalled aluminum scales, 3 months in the making. Thought you'd get a kick out of it." Did you catch that? 8,500 hand-sewn scales, bitches! I can't even bother to sew on a pants button when it pops off. That is dedication to your craft!
