Mega-celebrities acting like normal people, pt 2

Yesterday we saw what it would be like if Lady Gaga were just a normal person, riding the bus, doing her laundry, and working at a checkout counter somewhere. Today we bring you TWO MORE iconic superstars just acting like regular folk. Here's He-Man getting his bowl cut trimmed (OH, IF ONLY I COULD COLLECT THOSE CLIPPINGS!), and Skeletor getting a root canal. OMG, CAN YOU IMAGINE? Artist Kiersten Essenpreis created these images for Gallery 1988's big He-Man show in LA a few months ago. The paintings sold almost immediately but prints are available here. "Being a super-ultra-mega fan from 1983-85, followed by a brief few months in ‘86, where I thought I might actually be She-Ra, you can imagine the fun I had painting these," she said about the images. "So this is how I envision He-Man and Skeletor spending their days off." (via You Fail)
