TMZ reports that disgraced beauty queen Carrie Prejean decided to walk away from her million-dollar settlement negotiations with the Miss California USA Pageant people after the pageant's lawyer came up with an explicit sex tape starring Prejean. The tape has never been released and no one's seen it, but it does exist. TMZ has had the video for months but hasn't posted it because it's "so racy." Too racy for TMZ? We're thinking there must be a horse or giraffe involved. So although Prejean herself got no cash in the settlement, her lawyers and publicist received about $100,000 from the pageant.
