Jessica Simpson's Sadness

Jessica Simpson is still mourning the loss of her tiny dog, Daisy, who was abducted and presumably eaten by a coyote a week ago. We know what that's like. We also were once abducted and eaten by a coyote. According to People, friends say Simpson's at the lowest point in her life and fear she won't survive the loss of the pet given to her by Nick Lachey in 2004. And it wasn't until IDLYITW brought it to our attention that we realized this tragedy is only the most recent sadness in Simpson's life of continuing sadnesses. Among other affronts, she was dumped by boyfriend Tony Romo a day before her birthday; her record label dropped her; she performed at a bingo hall; she forgot the lyrics to her song on GMA; she was a drunk; her boyfriend John Mayer accused her of stalking; and her Blonde Ambition movie tanked. But "whenever things went wrong for Jessica, she reached for Daisy," said a friend.
