Archangel Michael Jackson is an imposterMonday, September 14, 2009 10:57 AM
After it was pointed out in the comment section that Michael Jackson WAS ALREADY DEAD when David Lachapelle took this photo of him, my friends and I went back and took a more discerning look it. We all came to the same conclusion: it HAS to be a look-alike. Then we read this in the Times of London: "The celebrity photographer and artist David LaChapelle had always wanted to take a portrait of Michael Jackson, and nearly did: several shoots were lined up and cancelled as Jackson grew increasingly wary. 'Photographers weren’t nice to him,' says LaChapelle. 'He got scared.' After Jackson’s death LaChapelle decided to pay tribute, photographing a young lookalike in Hawaii, just outside his own home." So there you have it. We were all duped. Of course, I don't think David ever really claimed that it WAS Michael, but, as my Grammy St. James says, a lie of omission is still a lie.
