Curtain up, Light the lights

This has always been a fantasy of mine: having my very own klieg lights and clothes rack permanently welded to my outfit! Because what good is silhouette-extending if it's not blazingly well lit? Now, I have no idea who designed this, or how the hell I even came across it, but it's definitely the most practical look for my lifestyle that I've seen in ages. Why, I would be the center of every picture, and the envy of every poorly lit party-goer, wherever I went. Somebody please help me track this designer down! (t/y Steven)
